The National - So Far Around The Bend

I feel like I have been on radio silence all week. I haven’t really blogged much and haven’t twittered since the weekend. For about a week I as fighting some really nasty heartburn which culminated 2 nights ago with me waking up to find my heart racing. I was so scared by it I decided to go to the hosipital and found that my liver had been inflamed and was a response to that. I already think that I am on the up and and up a bit but I still ahve a lot of fear of how I need to take better care of myself. I have already started working on a lot changes with cutting out caffiene, booze, fried foods and any asprin. I listened to this song again today and it made me think of everthing currently going on. I am part of the way there but I need to keep going and really push myself and not just be content.
