I was pleasantly surprised by the Republic Tigers this weekend. They are really coming into their own.

First day w/o pain meds in the morning. I actually feel good. Still plan on taking meds when I sleep. I am excited to get back to normal.
Of course now that an iphone gets to be a decent price I can’t get one because i re-upped my plan for 2 years about 3 months ago.
Back to work. Back still hurts a bit kind of makes me fidget a bit. But all and all it feels a lot better.
Next week will be an attempt at getting things back to normal. Hopefully the back has healed enough to get into my normal routine.
Still not quite 100%. I still get flicks of lighting when I hit a postion my back doesn’t like. I don’t have much left in the medication department. The nurse at my doctors office was rather bitchy even thought the first they could see me is Tuesday. Hopefully I get get back on track. I may try to go to work tomorrow I don’ think i can take an office chair for a whole day. Lets...
So I can feel my back melting from the muscle relaxer. Its a good feeling right now.

Back spasms
So yesterday I walked into work yesterday. And the second I got in the door I had this pain that just flipped on like a light switch. It hit just totally out of no where. I about crumbled to the ground. I proceed to work thru lunch. But I coudn’t work or sit still. I got home and got in bed.
As I lay in bed some positions just made me want to scream and curse in pain. I couldn’t even...
I think I threw out my back. I am in so much pain right now. Lets hope this alleve I just got does the trick.
Why did I wait so long to watch Battlestar Galitaca? Its really fraking good!
